Satisfaction Guaranteed With AAA Preferred Hotels
The AAA Assured Stay®, a satisfaction guarantee for AAA Members, provides that if the participating hotel cannot resolve a member complaint, the hotel will refund the member’s room rate and tax for the night relevant to the complaint. The member must bring the complaint to the hotel’s attention during the stay and provide the hotel an opportunity to correct the problem without a need to refund the member under the guarantee.
In the event that the complaint is not resolved by the participating hotel property, the hotel shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to resolve complaints of any member based on his or her stay in the hotel, which may include a one-night refund if the hotel is unable to reasonably rectify the member’s complaint.
If the participating hotel cannot resolve the complaint, the hotel partner will draw upon a fund established with AAA to provide a refund of the member’s room rate and tax for the night relevant to the complaint.
All complaints will be tracked by AAA Member Relations who will provide support to resolve member complaints.
